MEANING: A toque for the Orisha Elegguá who is the deity of people's destinies. He is a child who opens up important doors.  He begins and closes every ceremony.  He is a trickster.  

NEIGHBORHOOD: takes place in a dark void between the US and Cuba.

FICTION:  In The Closest Farthest Away, a cuban boy named Tiago plays his guitar for the American character Amante bringing him from a rainy street in Los Angeles into Eleggua's tunnel to then magically appear on a Havana street a little later.

INFLUENCES: Leo Brouer, Johann Sebastian Bach, Los Muñequitos de Matanzas, Lázaro Ros, Flamenco
